Terms and Guidelines for Table Sponsorship
• All seating is arranged by sponsorship amount and then date received.
• No refunds will be given after Friday, September 28, 2012 – 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Payment must be received no later than Friday, September 28, 2012.
• Tickets will be shipped beginning Thursday, October 4, 2012.
• No replacement for lost or stolen tickets.
• To be included in the printed program, reservations must be received by Tuesday, September 11th.
• Please send names of guests at your table by Monday, October 8, 2012.
