The National Civil Rights Museum gives young people an opportunity to express their views on social justice issues. Hear the perspectives of youth in the Watoto Academy of Performing Arts at the Meeting Street Academy in Charleston, SC during a performance trip to Memphis and how a recent museum experience impacted and empowered them.
While the majority of our events and activities are free to the public, it takes resources to bring these programs to fruition. Please consider a tax-deductible, year-end gift to support our efforts and donate by December 31, 2017. Every contribution makes a difference.
Your commitment and support is the engine that drives our ability to provide a platform for learning about the historical civil rights movement and current human rights issues. And that support is deeply appreciated.
TAKE The board member challenge!
All gifts made between now and December 31 will be matched dollar-for-dollar by a Board Member Challenge. Take the Board Member Challenge to double your gift and join the movement to educate youth on the importance of safeguarding civil and human rights!
If you prefer to donate by mail, checks made payable to National Civil Rights Museum can be sent to Development Office, National Civil Rights Museum, PO Box 1792, Memphis, TN 38101-9927.
